What Are We Looking For
Multiplymii is in search of a Shipping and Logistics Coordinator who will be working with our client based in Soho, London.
In this role you’ll orchestrate the efficient movement of goods, ensuring everything from inventory management to delivery schedules aligns perfectly with our company’s goals.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills, both written and verbal. You’ll be collaborating closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams; coordinating shipments, monitor performance metrics, and resolve logistical challenges to ensure a smooth and effective supply chain operation.
This role is 100% work from home.
In This Role, You Will
Manage and oversee marketplace inventory levels to meet demand forecasts, minimize excess stock, and reduce holding costs.
Organise and Monitor shipments, address warehouse queries, ensure timely pickups and deliveries, and manage the receipt of units by Walmart, Target, etc.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with UK and US-based warehouse teams.
Analyze and optimize logistics costs, including COGS and operational expenses, while adhering to retailer policies on shipping, inventory management, and product requirements.
Collaborate with the purchasing manager to support timely procurement and stock replenishment.
Work closely with an eCommerce Listing Specialist to ensure product listings are accurate, resolve listing issues, and update product details when needed.
About You
2+ years of experience in logistics operations, with a focus on Amazon
Experience in inventory management and demand forecasting.
Monitor and forecast inventory for Amazon, and 3PL partners, coordinating replenishment
Organizing and overseeing inbound and outbound shipments
Coordinating with freight carriers, shipping companies, and 3PLs to ensure timely delivery.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for data analysis).
Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
Comfortable with numbers and data (knowing the right amount of units, etc)
Ability to work independently while aligning with strategic goals.
A proactive mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
Advantageous
Knowledge of inventory management tools
Experience with task management software such as Asana and Notion.
Expert skills in formula creation in GSheets / Excel for tracking
Experience working with China suppliers
Experience in collaborating with customer service teams to address client inquiries related to logistics.
Experience in building positive working relationships with warehouse, procurement, and customer service teams.
