Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused Amazon Customer Service and Operations Associate to manage customer interactions, monitor reviews, and support key operational tasks. The ideal candidate has experience with Amazon Seller Central, is tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
What You’ll Do
Respond to customer inquiries across email, chat, phone, and SMS via Gorgias, maintaining under-12-hour response time
Monitor and address negative reviews on Amazon, reaching out to customers to resolve issues and improve feedback
Handle Amazon return requests, ensuring quick, empathetic resolution
Encourage positive reviews and submit cases for removal of those violating Amazon’s guidelines
Log and track all review-related activity, feedback, and customer interactions
Upload selected Amazon reviews to Stamped.io and coordinate PDP updates with the eCommerce team
Identify and report competitors using black hat tactics through Amazon support cases
Support ad-hoc marketing and operations tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
2+ years of experience in customer service, eCommerce operations, or Amazon Seller Central support
Experience with Gorgias or similar help desk platforms
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with Amazon review and return policies
Proficiency with spreadsheets and online collaboration tools
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote team
Bonus: Background in beauty, wellness, or consumer electronics
