Role Introduction
To achieve and exceed the agreed Trade Sales targets through intelligent use of data. Continuously seek to acquire new business in new markets while proactively negotiating and managing existing Agency sales and accounts and indirect sales channels. Deeply understand the market dynamics, and actively take measures to enhance the brand and market competitiveness of China Southern Airlines. This position involves critical ground operation support and requires long-term on-site work at the airport to ensure the safety and efficiency of cargo handling.
Job Responsibilities
- Cargo Warehousing Management : Responsible for supervising the warehousing, outbound, and temporary storage of goods. Conduct regular inventory checks and handle any abnormal goods situations.
- Flight loading coordination and supervision: Oversee cargo arrangement and loading. Maintain communication with airport staff. Ensure cargo is delivered to the tarmac and loaded onto the aircraft on time.
- Ramp loading and safety management: Supervise cargo handling to ensure compliance with work procedures and guarantee the safety and compliance of the entire process, including assembly, handover, ramp handling, and other related procedures.
- Safety and Compliance : Supervise staff to ensure work complies with security procedures. Ensure that the transport of goods meets customs, inspection and quarantine, and other regulatory requirements.
- Customer Service : Answer customers’ inquiries about the status of cargo transportation. Provide information on freight rates, flights and transportation solutions. Assist in handling complaints such as cargo delays, loss and damage. Maintain communication with freight forwarders, logistics companies and airlines.
- Data Statistics and Reporting : Calculate daily, weekly or monthly freight volumes. Analyze freight efficiency to provide data support for process optimization.

Job Experience:
- Minimum 2 years working experience in related field
Knowledge, Skills, Training and Experience
- Fluent in spoken English.
- Fluent in spoken Chinese will get preference.
- Respectable level of Knowledge in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Adaptive to and embraces constant change.
