About The Role
AVIAREPS is seeking a highly qualified Airport Agent for Ethiopian Airlines at Vienna International Airport. This position offers a unique opportunity to establish a career in the dynamic aviation industry with an internationally renowned airline.

Job Responsibilities
As our Airport Agent, you will:
Coordinate comprehensive passenger check-in, air freight, and ground handling operations
Supervise boarding and disembarkation processes
Ensure smooth flight operations and on-time performance
Deliver exceptional customer service
Maintain strict adherence to safety and security protocols
Manage documentation and reporting of flight movements and irregularities
Liaise between ground handling teams, passengers, and airline operations
Professional Requirements
University degree
Minimum 2 years’ experience in ticketing or airport operations
Language Skills:
English: Fluent (Mandatory)
German: Very good conversational skills (Advantageous)
Proven ability to work under pressure
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Flexibility for shift work, including weekends and holidays
Compensation And Benefits
Gross Annual Salary: €54.000 (14x payment structure)
