Key Responsibilities/ Challenges:
The position is responsible for:
- Executes pricing of AFR.
- Validates adherence to standards and pricing instructions.
- Rolls up bid input into country response.
- Executes country-to-country pricing, pricing campaigns, and factor-based BC pricing (incl. setting up internal rates).
- Supports in execution of commercial AFR strategy in the country (e.g. filling campaign rate table).
Selection Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding Business with deep knowledge of AFR.
- Strong project management skills and ability to cope with multiple bids in parallel.
- Strong analytical skills and good communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Good MS Office skills (Words, Excel, PowerPoint )
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Can work well under pressure.
