Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Airfreight Inside Sales to join a leading freight forwarding and supply chain company, recognized as the #1 NVOCC in the industry. Located in the City of Industry, CA, this dynamic organization provides exceptional growth opportunities and a supportive work environment.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Air Product, Business Development, Key Account, and Strategic Partnership Management teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Prepare and provide client quotations for the commercial team or directly to clients.
Manage RFQs, Tenders, and RFPs on a global scale.
Thoroughly analyze and clarify all aspects of requests to develop the most competitive and tailored offers.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and deliver the best solutions.
Serve as the primary liaison between various departments and clients, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Identify and pursue targeted business opportunities to optimize network utilization and deliver innovative, client-focused solutions.
Collect and analyze pricing feedback and market competition data to drive continuous improvement.
Maintain and update pricing for existing accounts, ensuring alignment with overall account profitability.

Requirements

Proven experience in airfreight pricing and rate management.
Commercially minded with a demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent account and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently with initiative while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
Highly organized with strong administrative capabilities.
Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging effectively at all organizational levels.
Determined, assertive, and willing to delve into details to understand complex cost drivers within the business.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
