What You’ll Do
- Coordinate international air export shipments from pickup through final billing
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, including AES filings, Denied Party Screening, and Hazmat requirements
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation, airway bills, and customs-related documents
- Monitor shipment progress, resolve service issues, and proactively communicate with customers and vendors
- Process customer billing, validate charges, and support accounts payable resolution
- Review shipment profitability and escalate exceptions as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and exceptional customer service
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in airfreight, freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation
- Knowledge of export documentation, AES filings, Incoterms, and international shipping processes
- Current Dangerous Goods certification
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Preferred 2-3 years experience handling healthcare airfreight shipments
- Preferred Experience with Pharma temp control product
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred
