Location: Malabar
STS Aviation Services is hiring experienced A&P Technicians to join our growing aircraft overhaul and repair station in Melbourne, Florida. These are direct-hire, full-time positions supporting heavy maintenance on Airbus A320, Boeing 737, 767, and A220 aircraft.

Position *****
This role is ideal for aviation professionals seeking a long-term opportunity in a high-performing MRO facility. Candidates must be experienced, licensed, and ready to work flexible shifts to meet operational demands.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an A&P Technician in a MRO or line maintenance environment
Strong preference for candidates with Airbus A320 or A220 experience
Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant License required
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must have a complete set of hand tools applicable to the position
Valid driver’s license required
Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport security badge

Ability to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, and stands
Ability to bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop in confined spaces
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
Must be able to work in varying climate conditions and moderate noise levels

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong judgment in maintenance and safety procedures
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
Solid problem-solving and organizational skills
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
