For one of our clients – a worldwide pioneer in providing exceptional client interactions,
enhancing lives with each engagement for the leading global brands, we are looking for – Air
Travel Voice Support with English (day and later shifts/on-site).
Responsibilities:
Handle phone inquiries concerning customer questions about partner policies, guidelines,
and procedures;
Assist with requests for real-time flight status updates and baggage tracking details;
Provide clear and accurate information regarding fare structures, discounts, and promotional offers;
Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving customer concerns efficiently and professionally;
Ensure compliance with company standards while delivering high-quality customer support;
Act as a brand ambassador, fostering positive customer relationships through effective communication.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a related field;
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
Ability to multitask and handle inquiries in a fast-paced environment;
Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset;
Familiarity with digital platforms and customer support software;
High level of patience, empathy, and adaptability when assisting customers.
