Overview:
My client is looking for an experienced Air Import Coordinator to join their fast-paced logistics team.
What you’ll do:
- Manage air import shipments from A–Z
- Coordinate customs clearance and documentation
- Liaise with customers, airlines, brokers, and overseas agents
- Resolve shipment issues and ensure accurate billing
What we’re looking for:
- 1–2+ years’ airfreight import experience
- Strong knowledge of air import operations and customs procedures
- Familiarity with AWBs, Incoterms, and IATA regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
