We’re looking for a detail-oriented Air Import Coordinator to join a fast-paced logistics team. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of inbound air shipments, ensuring they are handled efficiently, compliantly, and delivered on time.
About the role
- Manage air import shipments from pre-alert through to final delivery
- Review key shipping documents (HAWB/MAWB, commercial invoices, packing lists)
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely arrival
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and overseas agents
- Provide updates, coordinate deliveries, and resolve shipment issues proactively
- Liaise with airlines, warehouses, and trucking companies for cargo release and final delivery
- Prepare and verify billing, ensuring all charges are accurately captured
- Maintain documentation and update systems (including CargoWise)
What we need from you
- Experience in air freight, logistics, or freight forwarding
- Knowledge of import regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
