We’re hiring an Air Freight Specialist (Huolitsija) to join ATC Global Solutions Oy Ab in Vantaa.
ATC Global Solutions is a Finnish logistics company with more than 20 years of experience in international air, sea and road freight. We work with customers and partners around the world, and our office language is English.
The position is full-time and fixed-term until 30 April 2027, with a possible opportunity to continue after the fixed term based on a separate agreement.
What you’ll do:
• Coordinate international air freight import and export shipments
• Communicate with airlines, terminals, handling agents, hauliers, customs, shippers and consignees
• Make air freight bookings and monitor shipments from pickup to final delivery
• Prepare and check forwarding and transport documentation, including AWBs
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, customs requirements and air freight procedures
• Find alternative solutions when schedules or transport plans change
• Support customers throughout the shipment lifecycle
• Work closely with sales, including quotation preparation and cost calculations
What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience in international forwarding, especially air freight
• Ability to work independently and stay solution-focused under pressure
• Fluent Finnish and English; Swedish is a strong advantage
• Accuracy with documentation and compliance requirements
• Customer-oriented and proactive approach
• Good sense of humour and positive energy in the office
