Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Agent-to-Agent (A2A) Air Freight Pricing.
- Coordinate with overseas agents, airlines, and WCA network members.
- Manage import and export air freight rate enquiries.
- Prepare and share competitive quotations.
- Build and maintain relationships with agents and airline partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding.
- Hands-on experience in Air Freight Pricing (Import & Export).
- Exposure to agent networks/WCA members preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Shift Timings:
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
