DHL Global Forwarding Hellas Single Member SA. is looking for College or University graduates for an internship in the Air Freight Department:
- Air Freight Operator trainee
- Location: Markopoulo, Attica
If you want to become a member of our amazing team, we would be happy to meet you! The holder of this position will be trained in support for:
- The organization and processing of import and/or export shipments, as well as customer service of DHL Global Forwarding Hellas Single Member SA.
- The implementation and use of corporate systems and production and cargo management procedures.
- The implementation of the company's quality objectives.
Specifically
- Organization & execution of reservations for airlines, national and international transport companies, customs agents.
- Preparation, control and sending of relevant documents.
- Monitoring the progress of export and/or import shipments.
- Communication with customers and suppliers.
- Daily updating of the company's information systems.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Air Transport or Logistics or Business Administration or Finance.
- Good knowledge of English & MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
- Result-oriented.
