1/ Job Description:
Oversee the overall operations of air export and import cargo for customers secured by the company.
Provide regular analysis and reporting on the trends and developments in the Vietnam air cargo market.
Optimize services based on customer requirements and manage team operations effectively.
Establish strong partnerships with airlines, air consolidators, customs brokers, and inland transportation providers.
Manage service quality through continuous communication with both new and existing customers.
Propose and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
2/ Requirements:
Experience: 7–10 years of hands-on experience in the air freight industry.
Industry Network: Strong connections with airlines and air cargo agents.
Operational Expertise: Experience in air freight export/import operations, pricing, and performance management.
Market Analysis: Ability to analyze and report on air cargo market conditions.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., monthly cargo volume performance tracking, raw data sorting).
3/ Preferred Qualifications:
Proven ability to build and maintain successful business relationships with customers, airlines, brokers, and GSAs.
Experience in process improvements and operational efficiency enhancement
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to lead high-performing teams and effectively manage organizational changes.
