We are seeking an experienced Air Freight Manager to lead a team of three in a well-established freight forwarding company. This role focuses on overseeing air freight operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and top-tier customer service. Preferred experience in Air on Ground, Cruise Logistics, and Marine Logistics is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all air freight operations, ensuring timely and efficient shipments
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three air freight professionals
Coordinate with airlines, vendors, and clients to optimize shipping solutions
Ensure compliance with international air cargo regulations and industry best practices
Oversee the handling of time-sensitive and high-value shipments
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Resolve escalations and maintain strong customer relationships
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in air freight forwarding
Proven leadership and team management experience
Strong knowledge of air cargo regulations, documentation, and customs compliance
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
Experience with freight forwarding software (Cargowise preferred)
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, vendors, and clients
