Are you an experienced Air Freight professional looking to take the next step in your career with an international freight forwarder that genuinely values its people?
We’re partnering with a well-established global logistics business that’s continuing to grow across Germany. They are now looking to appoint an Air Freight Export Operator to join their successful Frankfurt office.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of export air freight shipments from start to finish, ensuring every movement is handled efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end export air freight shipments
- Coordinating transport and shipment schedules
- Liaising with customers, airlines and overseas partners
- Monitoring shipments throughout the supply chain
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed on time
- Delivering a high level of customer service throughout the shipment lifecycle
About You
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience in Air Freight Export Operations
- Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding
- Confident communication skills in English (German is advantageous)
- Good MS Office skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, customer-focused approach and the ability to work well within a team
