Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue documentation.
File AMS or submit EDI FHL/FWB.
Complete the documentation along with cargo.
Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and policies.
Upload documentation on the system.
Send the pre-alert to agent.
Input costing & selling in system in the system.
Solve the troubles related documentation for the shipment.
Ensure compliance with customers Standard Operating Procedures.
Reporting to higher level as regular basis.
All other ad-hoc work instructions from Supervisor / Manager.
Joining full training lessons which are organized or nominated by managers.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of relevant experienced in forwarding, logistics.
Basic knowledge on air cargo commodity as per IATA rules and regulation.
Basic in English.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Graduated from university with specialization in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Transportation, and International Business.
Good at MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
Good with figures, responsible, careful, detail-oriented, and good at teamwork.
