2. Role Summary
Export Shipments:
Receive shipping plans from shippers and agents, then confirm bookings.
Generate Air Waybills (AWB) based on Shipping Instructions (SI).
Coordinate with the customs team for customs clearance procedures.
Submit documents to co-loaders and local vendors for airport handling.
Send pre-alert notifications.
Monitor ETD/ETA and track shipments until successful delivery to the drop-off address.
Enter data into the internal system, including selling and buying rates based on sales quotations.
Issue debit notes/credit notes to customers and agents.
Submit Statements of Account (SOA) to customers and collaborate with the accounting team to issue e-invoices.
Import Shipments:
Receive pre-alerts, check documents for accuracy, send Arrival Notices (AN), and release Delivery Orders (DO) if necessary.
Handle issues with Ground Handling Agents (GHA) at the airport in cases of missing documents, FHL, or FWB.
Coordinate with the customs team for customs clearance (if required).
Monitor ETD/ETA and track shipments until successful delivery to the drop-off address.
Enter data into the internal system, including selling and buying rates based on sales quotations.

Submit SOA to customers and collaborate with the accounting team to issue e-invoices.
3. Required Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
Detail-oriented, diligent, and able to work under pressure.
Strong teamwork skills, discipline, and punctuality.
4. Experience and Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a global freight forwarding company or a large local logistics firm.
Experience in dealing with co-loaders and airlines.
College or university degree in Logistics or International Trade.
