Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with airline partners, freight forwarders, and logistics customers.
- Prospect new business opportunities and manage a sales pipeline.
- Prepare quotes and follow up with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Support sales reporting, forecasting, and market analysis.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of air-freight sales and operations experience.
· High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent organizational abilities.
- Interest or experience in aviation, air cargo, or logistics.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
