This international freight forwarder is seeking an Air Export Operator to join their team near Tullamarine, VIC.

What you’ll be doing
This role is end-to-end. This means your day-to-day includes:
- Handling export air shipments from start to finish
- Preparing and sending customer quotes
- Booking space with airlines / co-loaders
- Coordinating pickups and transport to depot/airport
- Creating and finalizing Air Waybills (MAWB/HAWB)
- Managing shipment documentation and compliance
- Sending pre-alerts to overseas agents
- Handling invoicing and job finalisation in CargoWise
What you’ll bring
- 1+ year of export operations experience in freight forwarding.
- CargoWise experience
- Full working rights (PR/citizen)
