Salary: £40,000 and based on experience

A leading name in global freight forwarding is seeking a skilled and experienced Air Export Operator to join their team based near Heathrow. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate air export shipments from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process
Prepare and submit export documentation including AWBs, commercial invoices, and customs declarations
Book cargo with airlines and manage communication with agents, carriers, and clients
Monitor shipments, proactively resolve issues, and keep all parties informed of progress
Ensure full compliance with HMRC regulations and company procedures
Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
Proven experience in air export operations within the freight forwarding sector
Strong understanding of export documentation and customs processes
Familiarity with systems such as Cargowise, CNS, Destin8 and CDS.
Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
