We are currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented Air Export Operations Executive to join a leading international freight forwarding company. This is an excellent opportunity for logistics professionals experienced in air export operations to grow within a dynamic and multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily client communication and ensure service alignment with customer requirements
- Handle end-to-end execution of air export shipments smoothly and efficiently
- Prepare required shipping documentation including HBL, HAWB, MAWB, manifest, and billing
- Coordinate pickup/cartage arrangements and maintain cost input accuracy
- Monitor shipment status and provide track & trace updates and pre-alerts to overseas stations
- Work closely with international offices to ensure timely and accurate shipment handling
- Prepare profit share invoices and maintain operational logs
- Generate operational reports and performance summaries
- Support ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of experience in Air Export Operations within a freight forwarding company
- Able to work afternoon shift (with shift allowance)
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
- Positive attitude with strong sense of responsibility
- Experience working in a multinational environment is a plus
- Familiarity with CargoWise system is an advantage
