Job Summary
We are currently hiring an experienced Air Export Coordinator for our Chicago office.
This position is primarily focused on Air export operations.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of forwarder experience and be comfortable handling export shipments from A-Z and daily coordination with customers and overseas partners.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process air export shipments operation from A-Z, which includes: communicating with customers, booking with airlines and truckers, arranging trucking, preparing documents, filing AES/EEI, providing pre-alert, tracking shipment, updating customer, invoicing customer, submitting AP to Accounting.
- Maintain accurate shipment records in internal systems
Qualifications & Skills
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Minimum 1 year of forwarder experience (air export is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) & Typing skill
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment; good at time management and stress management.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Punctual, detail-oriented, professionalism is a must
- Bilingual: English & Chinese (Mandarin) preferred
Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
