Position: Air Export Customer Service Officer East

** Job Description for Air Export Customer Service*

* ** Basic Salary + Transportation + OT + VB*

* ** Work place – Changi Cargo – Megaplex*

* ** Working hours – Mon to Fri (8:30am to 5:30pm), Sat (8:30am to 12:30pm) after confirmation will be Alt Sat.

** Job Scope*

* – Attend to customers’ inquiry

– Prepare and process Air Export booking request

– Arrange for collection of cargo at customers’ premise

– Provide booking confirmation and flight details to customers

– Mange customers’ expectations and complaints

– Correspond with overseas offices on shipment status and inquiries

– Verify invoices from vendor

– Prepare customers’ report

** Requirement*

* – Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel

– Must be able to work independently

– Must possess a sense of urgency and responsibility in work

– Outgoing personality

– Willing to learn with good atitude

– Prior work experience in this industry is not required, but will be advantageous if h
