An established freight forwarding and logistics company is looking to hire an experienced Air Export Coordinator to join its team in Newark, NJ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full air export process from A-Z
- Arrange bookings with airlines and overseas partners
- Prepare and review export documentation
- Coordinate shipments from pickup through final departure
- Ensure compliance with customs and international shipping regulations
- Communicate with customers, carriers, and overseas agents to provide shipment updates
Requirements:
- Previous experience handling A-Z Air Export operations
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and air freight procedures
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment
- 2-3 years Freight forwarding experience is essential
