Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage air and ocean freight shipments from origin to destination, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards .
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, customs brokers, and other parties.
- Handling export declaration for US Customs.
- Negotiate rates and terms with carriers, freight brokers, and 3PL providers to optimize costs while maintaining service quality.
- Oversee freight brokerage activities including booking cargo space, scheduling pickups/deliveries, and managing shipping documentation
- Ensure accurate data entry for shipment details, customs documentation, and invoicing within logistics systems
- Must be able to work at the Branch, this is not a remote role
Experience
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and transportation planning strategies
- Hands-on experience with freight forwarding logistics, NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier), and shipping logistics processes
- Familiarity with transportation management systems, CRM software, Microsoft Office , and data entry tools
- Prior experience working within a logistics or freight brokerage environment is highly desirable .

Pay: $24.00 – $34.00 per hour
