Your Key Responsibilities:
Prepare complete ocean export documentation – BLs, invoices, packing lists, COO, etc.
Coordinate with shipping lines, CHA, transporters, and overseas agents
Ensure accurate and timely submission of export docs
Handle pre-shipment & post-shipment documentation
Maintain updated records in internal systems
Track vessel schedules and update clients on shipment status
✅ What We’re Looking For:
2–4 years experience in Ocean Export Documentation (freight forwarding industry only)
Proficient with shipping line portals, MS Excel, and export compliance
Solid understanding of INCOTERMS, HS codes, and export procedures
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Based in Chennai with immediate availability
Open to face-to-face interviews at short notice
