About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aftersales Parts Executive for our APAC aftersales international business division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong PSI background in home appliances systems, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing spare parts operations. As the Parts PSI executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of APAC regional subsidiaries/distributors service spare parts, inventories, defective RMA and refurbished parts to ensure all SOPs and service KPIs are met.
Job Description
Working with all entities within APAC to ensure Parts PSI guideline and standards are meeting the service level agreement and KPI;
Support new set ups within the region in building up their Parts PSI capabilities to ensure local customer support are metï¼›
Supervise and promote the operation procedure on spare parts management of all entities across APAC (including Spare Parts planning/storage/inventory management/delivery and audit, etc.)
Organize the monthly/quarterly/annual review meeting with business division and global delivery centre parts team to enhance parts efficiencies
Review, monitor and tracking of 3PL parts delivery partners to ensure all APAC entities are on target and conduct periodic audit inspection of 3PL Parts partners and their capabilities
Coordinate with HQ IT service team to ensure improvements to develop and maintain PSI data reporting
Monthly tracking of defective parts return to product division (PD) quality team for parts improvement and also in-warranty parts compensations with all APAC BUs and PDs.
Requirements
At least possess a Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in spare parts management, recycling, & finished goods return management.
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) is a must.
Experience in regional capacity and/or home appliances industry would be an added advantage.
Experience working with CRM/ServiceNow (e.g. Saab, Salesforce) will be an added advantage.
Working experiences across different Asian cultures would be highly beneficial
Possess good interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong in both spoken English and Chinese, as incumbent will have to liaise very closely with native China HQ counterparts that has limited English proficiency.
Able to commit to 25% travel frequency within APAC, mostly to Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia.
