Full-time job — Work from home — 1 month training provided in the office
Working hours: 10:30 pm to 6:30 am, 40 hours a week

Currently, we are on the search for a full-time Afterhours Logistics Specialist to join the team, which will get in-house training. Logistics Specialist/Dispatching experience is required.
Key responsibilities:
- Booking orders with carriers;
- Identifying and selecting reputable and safe carriers for freight services;
- Assisting in preparing carriers for loads;
- Tracking status of loads;
- Collaborating with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to manage scheduled freight;
- Keeping accurate records of relevant activities;
- Updating customers on the status of shipments, and assisting with other inquiries.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the transportation industry as a dispatcher or a logistics specialist/ freight brokerage;
- Excellent English speaking skills (writing, speaking, listening);
- Excellent communication and analytical skills;
- Excellent problem-solving abilities;
- Proficient negotiating skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Google Docs.
