We’re looking for a motivated, dependable person to join our aerospace company in a flexible, hands-on role with plenty of room to grow.
This is an entry-level position, but it’s anything but a typical warehouse job. You’ll get exposure to many different areas of our business — including warehouse operations, logistics, quality assurance, trade compliance, sales, purchasing, repair management, and general operations.
To start, the majority of your time will be focused on warehouse and operations support. As you learn the business and demonstrate what you’re capable of, your responsibilities will expand into other areas.
We’re looking for someone who wants to learn, take ownership, and build a long-term career with a growing aerospace company.
What You’ll Do
Initially, much of your time will be spent supporting our warehouse and daily operations, including:
- Receiving, inspecting, organizing, and shipping aerospace parts and materials
- Pulling and preparing orders for shipment
- Maintaining accurate inventory and warehouse records
- Packaging and handling parts carefully and professionally
- Assisting with freight, logistics, and shipping coordination
- Keeping the warehouse organized, clean, and efficient
- Entering and maintaining information in company systems
- Assisting with purchasing and sourcing
- Supporting quality control and documentation
- Helping with sales and customer requests when needed
- Assisting with special projects and other areas of the business
As you gain experience, your responsibilities can expand into logistics, quality, operations, purchasing, repair management, and sales based on your strengths, interests, and performance.
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need years of experience. We’re more interested in your attitude, work ethic, and ability to learn.
The right person is:
- Reliable and punctual
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with their hands and staying active
- Able to lift and move boxes and parts as needed
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- A good communicator
- Able to follow procedures and pay attention to details
- Willing to jump in and help wherever needed
- Curious and interested in learning how a business operates
- Someone who takes pride in doing things correctly
Aerospace experience is a plus, but not required. Warehouse, logistics, automotive, mechanical, manufacturing, or similar experience is also helpful but not necessary.
