Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented full-time Administration Manager to join our team. If you are passionate about providing seamless administrative support and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you.
In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our VIC Re-Conditioning administration operations run smoothly. Your eagerness to learn, positive attitude, and strong organisational skills will be essential to your success in this role.
Raising repair orders and purchase orders
Invoicing completed jobs
Input supplier invoices
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable including bank reconciliation
Entering purchase receipts
Manage tolls and fines
Book freight as required
Keeping accurate records of vehicle locations
General ad hoc office duties like ordering supplies/stationery
Qualifications
