Job Responsibilities:

Prepare transaction listing reports by client

Monitor and manage daily billing entries for HQ and branches

Reconcile banking slips for every transaction

Inventory control

Ensure systematic filing and document control (scanning of banking slips & trust receipts)

Support and standby for CIT runs after office hours/weekends/Public Holidays

Handle ad-hoc assignments as needed

Requirements:

Certificate/Diploma in a related field

Minimum 1 year of working experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word

Self-motivated, independent, and deadline-driven

Flexible with working hours/shifts

Physically fit to assist with cash box operations
