The Accounting Specialist is a vital member of our finance team at 4WRD Freight & Logistics Group, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial transactions. You will be involved in managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with various accounting tasks. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Your contribution is essential to maintaining the financial health and integrity of 4WRD, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely processing of all financial activities.
Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software and systems, strong attention to detail and accuracy, solid understanding of basic accounting principles, excellent data entry and organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Roles:
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner, prepare and process invoices for customers, reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts, assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, maintain accurate and organized financial records, respond to accounting inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, assist with other accounting tasks as needed.
