Role Overview
We’re lookout Accounting Specialist (Senior Level) that have expertise injournaling, reconciling, monitoring COA and preparing month-end closing, that submitted to Accounting Manager.
Placement: Antasari, South Jakarta
Working Arrangement: WFO
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily financial transactions, ensuring accurate journal entries and account reconciliation.
Monitor inventory levels, track freight operations, and analyze COGS to maintain profitability.
Approve financial transactions, manage budgets, and ensure proper authorization for all payments.
Lead the month-end closing (MEC) process, generate P&L reports, and ensure accurate balance sheet reconciliation.
Prepare and analyze month-end financial reports, identifying trends and providing insights for management.
Candidate Requirements:
Educational background related, have brevet certification will be plus
Have prior experiences in-related job at least 3 years, from Beauty FMCG or Consultant company will be plus
Proven experienced with full-cycle accounting process and familiar with online sales transaction
Excellent in module accounting process using Ms. Excel, using Kingdee will be plus
Experienced in migrating system from Manual to System will be plus
Strong understanding of balance sheet reconciliation and regular P&L review.
Showing strong agile and self-driven person
Detail-oriented with strong budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting skills.
Versatile in dynamic and high-load environment
Able using English as professional proficiency
