Connectalents, a leading Recruitment & HRO company in MENA, is currently hiring a Accounting Manager for a leading Cairo-based logistics, supply chain, and international trading company.
Job Role:
- Manage full-cycle accounting for trading and import operations
- Record and reconcile import-related transactions (customs duties, freight, insurance, clearing charges, etc.
- Monitor inventory accounting, valuation, and cost of goods sold
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, VAT, customs, and regulatory requirement
- Handle bank reconciliations, supplier accounts, and foreign currency transaction
- Coordinate with customs agents, banks, auditors, and tax consultant
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Review and improve internal controls and accounting processes
- Supervise junior accounting staff
What Are We Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fiel
- 6 years of accounting experience
- Solid understanding of costing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Very good English (written and spoke
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadline
