Accounting Assistant Jobs in Nashville, TN at Mechanical Pipe & Supply
Job duties consist of:
Assisting with Invoicing, A/R & A/P.
Receiving purchase orders in accounting software.
Answering calls in a professional manner and routing them to the proper person.
Opening and sorting incoming mail to distribute.
Filing general office paperwork.
Stocking office supplies and reporting what needs to be ordered.
Attention to detail is a must.
Working with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, UPS and LTL freight websites.
The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting but willing to train the right person.
Pay is based on experience. Employer pays 100% of employee medical, dental, vision and life insurance after 90 days. 401K is available after one year. One week vacation after one year. Hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
