We have over 35 years of freight brokerage shipment data, technology to leverage it, and the experience to manage it. We are seeking the right people to capitalize on it.
ARPCO is a non-asset transportation and logistics company in business since 1988. We specialize in but not limited to OTR, FTL shipments of dry & temperature-controlled foods and related items. We are a member of the TIA and SmartWay. ARPCO is licensed, bonded, and insured since 1988.
We are seeking to hire experienced C2G (cradle to grave) Freight Brokers / Account Managers that want to manage all aspects of their own customers freight but need back-office / operational support.
Salary base commensurate with experience. Commission component applies. Commission only arrangements available to as well.
Qualifications:
· Minimum two years’ experience as Freight Broker / Account Manager.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills: English, bilingual a plus
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Ability to develop new business and build strong customer relationships with existing business
· Strong Organizational skills and attention to detail
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
· Sales experience
· The ability to type 40+ WPM required
· Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
C2G-Cradle to Grave Broker: Salary or commission whichever greater
Buy/Sell-Chicago Style Broker: Salary plus commission.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
