Key Responsibilities
Manage client accounts, ensuring efficient coordination and on-time deliveries
Serve as the primary contact for broker partners and customers
Collaborate with internal teams to execute logistics solutions
Negotiate rates and build long-term broker relationships
Monitor KPIs and address issues proactively
Analyze performance trends to improve service and efficiency
Requirements:
Qualifications
2+ years in logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation operations (strongly preferred)
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Confident in negotiations and customer service interactions
Proficient in CRM and logistics management tools
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a dynamic environment
