Job Description:
We are looking for dependable drivers to operate our 26-foot box trucks on local and regional contracted routes between Dallas- Houston- Austin, Tx. This is a dedicated position with consistent lanes. Responsibilities include airport pickups, residential deliveries, and other local/regional tasks. You’ll be home every day, unless overnight lodging is required for a specific route. We provide all necessary training and a fuel card.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrive on time for all pickups and deliveries
- Operate straight box trucks safely and efficiently
- Load pallets using liftgates and pallet jacks
- Secure freight with straps for safe transport
- Report pick-up and drop-off times
- Scan and send paperwork
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation to Carrollton, TX
- At least 1 year of driving experience preferred
- DOT medical card required
- Clean driving record preferred
- Working cell phone with GPS
- Valid driver’s license required
- TWIC card preferred, not required
Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
- For contracted freight: Early departures between 3:00 am – 5:00 am
- Weekends off, with occasional opportunities for additional work
