Key Responsibilities
· Track production schedule of wind turbine components and project equipment. and
· Manage overseas logistics, transportation, customs clearance, and delivery in Kazakhstan; maintain close tracking of vehicles and customs status as required by the Beijing headquarters.
· Provide timely updates to the headquarters in Beijing, including preparing daily reports and reporting project progress on a regular basis.
· Coordinate with the client’s logistics department to fulfill all logistics needs during project execution; promptly identify and report any unplanned events or issues that may affect the project timeline to the headquarters team.
· Communicate actively with local supplier teams to quickly resolve logistics transportation problems and customs clearance obstacles.
· Conduct route surveys and inspections of overseas transportation routes; confirm road conditions and contribute to route planning for project deliveries.
· Facilitate cross‑departmental coordination to ensure consistent project progress.
· Identify delivery risks and develop effective mitigation plans.
· Maintain accurate delivery documentation and prepare project progress reports.
Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or related project coordination roles. Heavy‑lift / oversized cargo logistics experience is strongly preferred. Experience in the wind power or new energy sector is a plus. Candidates with a background in logistics service companies are highly desirable.
· Solid knowledge of large‑equipment transportation processes and supply chain operations.
· Familiarity with Kazakhstan’s local logistics regulations, transportation conditions, and customs procedures.
· Proven ability to interact effectively with cross‑functional teams and external suppliers, and to resolve operational issues swiftly.
· Strong attention to detail, risk management capability, time management, stress tolerance, and execution orientation.
· Local Kazakhstan candidate; fluent in oral and written English. (Mandarin Chinese is a plus)
· Well‑versed in local market policies and business communication practices; able to adapt to regional project delivery requirements.
· Rigorous, responsible, and well‑organized work style with excellent teamwork and problem‑solving skills.
Working Conditions
· Work location: office or project site in Kazakhstan.
· Full‑time position, five‑day work week.
