该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：
- Lead a team to support company’s logistic and material plan strategy and activities.。领导团队支持公司的物流和物料计划、策略和活动
- Work closely with Sales, Technical department and production for sales requirement, customer orders and shipping schedule. 与销售部，技术部和生产部紧密合作，完成销售需求，客户订单和出货计划。
- Take charge of inbound, out bound and transportation to ensure raw material on time delivery and products be delivered to customers on time. 负责公司的进料、出库及运输工作，确保原材料准时交货，产品按时交付客户。
- Responsible for warehouse management and maintain a good housekeeping and stock accuracy. Ensure that all goods are stored in compliance with the relevant legislation. 负责仓库管理，保持良好的内务和库存的准确性。 确保所有货物的储存符合相关的法律规定。 5, Initial cycle counting based on company business requirement根据公司业务需求进行初始周期盘点
- Initiate logistic related documents compliance with group regulation. 根据集团规定起草物流相关文件。
- Monitor overall materials requirement plan, coordinate production preparation related activities to map out master plan.监控整体物料需求计划，协调生产准备相关活动，制定主计划。
- Maintain MRP data, control inventory and lead time effectively to achieve target required维护MRP数据，有效控制库存和交货时间以达到要求的目标
- Monitor the inventory level, do system kaizen to improve inventory turn. 监控库存水平，进行系统改善以提高库存周转率。
- Responsible for training and continuous education of related persons. 负责相关人员的培训和继续教育。
- Responsible for Import/Export compliance负责进出口合规
- Other tasks or duties as assigned. 其他分配的任务或职责 工作要求： 1．at least 8 years logistics management experience in auto-field and can lead a team – Solid knowledge and experience in material or production planning, inventory 8年以上汽车行业物流管理经验，能带领团队
